Hydrolysed casein protein (HCP) is an ideal ingredient for products aimed at increased mineral solubility, boosted protein levels for quicker nitrogen digestion. HCP consists of moderately hydrolysed casein protein with a high level of casein phosphopeptides.

  • Quicker digestion and absorption than whole intact casein protein
